The path is dedicated to those seeking a simple and immediate practice to regain a state of well-being that, step by step, brings benefits in all areas of life.

It is in this nobility that lies the true power of meditation, which is capable of transforming itself into a way of life and a powerful medicine for dealing with the complex times we are living in.

It is possible to participate after attending the Workshops:

Each morning meeting includes:
